About
Senior-Level Expertise.
No Overhead.
Agile Reliability was founded on a straightforward premise: clients deserve direct access to the engineer doing the work — not a project manager relaying messages from someone they'll never meet.
Principal Consultant
Agile Reliability, LLC is an independent mechanical reliability consulting firm serving oil & gas and petrochemical clients. The practice is built around a single senior engineer with over two decades of field and design experience — which means every engagement gets the same level of attention and technical rigor, regardless of project size.
The firm's work spans the full reliability lifecycle: from greenfield piping and pressure vessel design through in-service fitness-for-service assessment, machinery diagnostics, and root-cause failure investigation. Clients range from major integrated operators to independent refiners and midstream processors.
Operating as an independent consultant means there are no vendor relationships to protect, no preferred equipment suppliers, and no internal billing targets driving scope creep. Recommendations are based solely on engineering merit and what is best for the client's equipment and operations.
How We Work
The Agile Reliability Difference
Direct engagement
You work with the engineer, not a coordinator. Every call, every report, every site visit is handled by the same senior-level person.
Vendor-neutral
No equipment supplier relationships, no preferred contractors. Recommendations are based on engineering merit alone.
Deliverable-focused
Engagements are scoped around specific, tangible deliverables — not open-ended retainers. You know what you're getting before work begins.
Field-ready
Analysis is grounded in how equipment actually behaves in service, not just what the code requires. We've been on the plant floor.
